Conference attendees include Church Leaders and their team members who seek solutions and growth for their ministry, both vocational and volunteer.

Exhibitor Guidelines: Partnering to Equip Leaders and Grow Churches
At SpireConference, we're dedicated to empowering leaders to build thriving, growing churches. We believe in collaborative partnerships with exhibitors who share our Conference objectives and invite prospective exhibitors to submit an Information Form outlining how their participation will specifically deliver value to church leaders, their teams, and contribute to church growth. Your submitted value proposition will be published in the conference materials to help attendees connect with relevant exhibitors.
To ensure a valuable experience for our attendees, we require all exhibitors to align with and support at least one of the following three objectives:
1. Help a leader grow.
2. Help a leader’s team grow.
3. Help a leader’s church grow.
To ensure a cohesive experience for attendees, all merchandise, resources, or products for sale or display must be approved in advance. The Spire Network reserves the right to refuse exhibition space or the sale of inappropriate products for any reason at any time.
We offer a range of booth sizes, locations, and pricing options to accommodate diverse budgets.
Interested in exhibiting at SpireConference? Click the button below to complete the Information Form. Our team will review your submission based on our exhibitor criteria. Upon approval, you'll receive an invitation to select your booth online. The chosen booth will be your assigned space. If your exhibit application is declined, we encourage you to consider our sponsorship options for alternative engagement with church leaders.
