Collin Outerbridge

Collin and his wife Stacey planted Nona Church with a desire to build a Christ-centered community reflecting the diversity of the neighborhoods that make up their hometown of Central Florida. In the last eight years, Nona has grown from a church meeting in one location to a multisite church gathering in multiple locations, worshipping in two languages. Under his leadership, Nona has been recognized by Outreach Magazine as one of the ten fastest growing churches in America. 

Rachelle Starr

Rachelle Starr is the founder of Scarlet Hope and Freedom Signal, pioneering innovative, gospel-centered approaches to reach and disciple exploited women. A speaker and author of Outrageous Obedience, Rachelle is known for her bold faith, visionary leadership and commitment to meeting women with hope wherever they are.

John Ortberg

John Ortberg is a pastor, teacher, and author.  He has a Master of Divinity as well as a Ph. D. in clinical psychology.  He is a popular speaker on life-change and spiritual formation.  His award-winning books have sold several million copies worldwide.   Currently he leads Become New, an online teaching resource focused on helping people grow spiritually one day at a time. John is a member of the board of trustees at Fuller Theological Seminary, and of the Martin Institute for Christianity and Culture.  His most recent book, STEPS, explores the 12 steps as a life-giving way of life for anyone interested in spiritual growth.

Tim Liston

Tim and his wife, Jane, started New Hope Church in 1989 with no core group. The church ran 75 people in attendance for the first 6 years. By year 10 the church had grown to 1,000. The church now has 6 debt-free campuses and averages over 12,000 people each weekend. Tim is a graduate of Ozark Bible College. He and his wife Jane have three adult children and two grandsons.

Dan Hamel

Dan Hamel is the Lead Pastor of The Creek, where he has served since 2017. His ministry is marked by a deep commitment to discipleship and a desire to preach God’s Word in a way that is both biblically faithful and culturally meaningful. He is also passionate about building healthy, mission-driven organizations. Dan enjoys hunting, fishing, planting trees, and spending time with his wife, Keren, and their three young children.

Vince Antonucci

Vince Antonucci has planted two churches, authored five books, and been the chaplain of the Las Vegas Golden Knights. Today, Vince focuses on training churches in evangelism and helping pastors write books, study guides, and devotionals, including projects with Craig Groeschel, Kyle Idleman, Tim Keller, J.D. Greear, Louie Giglio, J.P. Pokluda, Max Lucado, Joby Martin, John Burke, and Andy Wood. He is the Disciple-Making Ambassador for Intentional Churches and the Co-Author of One More: Aligning Your Life with God's Heart for People.

Luke Erickson

Luke is the Executive Pastor for Mountain Christian Church where he has served for 18 years. His wife, Holly, also works in ministry for The EPICENTER, a community center launched by Mountain in 2013. Luke graduated from Emmanuel Christian Seminary (M.Div.) before moving to Maryland to join the Mountain team. Luke and Holly have five children and enjoy being active together.

Emma Mullings

Emma Mullings is a pastor, communicator, worship leader, leadership mentor, and founder of DGHTRS. After a life-changing encounter with Jesus at 22, she dedicated her life to helping people experience healing, freedom, and identity in Christ. Emma and her husband, Terrence, are the lead pastors of History Makers Church in South Florida. Through preaching, worship, and leadership development, she is passionate about raising healthy, Spirit-led leaders and helping people walk in their God-given purpose.

Terrence Mullings

Terrence Mullings is a pastor, preacher, musician, songwriter, and media professional with a passion for helping people discover their God-given purpose. Alongside his wife, Emma, he co-founded and leads History Makers Church in South Florida, which they planted after relocating from Australia in 2019. With a background in church leadership, church planting, television production, and presenting, Terrence brings a unique blend of creativity, wisdom, and encouragement to his ministry. He is passionate about helping people live a better story—holy, healthy, happy, and bringing Heaven to Earth.

Glenn Packiam

Glenn Packiam is the Lead Pastor of Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa, California, and a Senior Fellow at Barna Group. He is the author of, “What’s a Christian, Anyway? Finding Our Way in an Age of Confusion and Corruption” (March, 2025), along with eight other books, including two bestsellers—“The Resilient Pastor” and “The Intentional Year” which he co-authored with his wife, Holly. He earned a Doctorate in Theology and Ministry from Durham University, England. Glenn and Holly have four children and live in Orange County, California.

Mindy Caliguire

Mindy Caliguire is the Founder and President of Soul Care (www.soulcare.com). In the past she has served in executive leadership at Gloo (www.gloo.us), and the Willow Creek Association (now Global Leadership Network). She speaks and advises into organizations including Compassion International, ECFA, National Christian Foundation, and many churches and ministries across the US and beyond. Mindy’s books include Discovering Soul Care and Ignite Your Soul.

Hosanna Wong

Hosanna Wong is an international speaker, best-selling author and spoken word artist helping everyday people know Jesus for real and live with purpose. Widely known for her spoken word piece, “I Have A New Name,” Hosanna preaches and performs in churches, conferences, prisons, and other events around the world, reaching across various denominations, backgrounds and cultures. Born and raised in an urban ministry on the streets of San Francisco, Hosanna currently serves on teaching teams at churches throughout the United States. Andrew Stanley

Homeschooled preacher’s kids with finance degrees don’t usually quit their Budget Analyst jobs that provide health insurance to be stand-up comedians, but Andrew Stanley didn't know that. Since bursting onto the scene in 2019 with a selection to the prestigious Just For Laughs New Faces Showcase, Atlanta-based comic Andrew Stanley has been bringing his unique brand of dry, observational comedy to  clubs, theaters, and arenas across the country. Greg Nettle

Greg Nettle is the President of Stadia, a global church-planting organization dedicated to starting churches that reach the next generation. At 23, Greg planted his first church in Dublin, Ireland. He then led RiverTree Church in Ohio for 25 years, growing it from 100 to over 3,000 people and helping start 50 new churches. A visionary leader, Greg has helped Stadia grow from a handful of church plants to hundreds annually. His adventurous spirit has taken him to Everest, Kilimanjaro, and Cotopaxi, climbing to raise millions for children at risk. He co-authored Small Matters, One Of, and Disciples Who Make Disciples. 

Alex Robinson

Alex Robinson is the Chief Growth Officer at Stadia, where he leads marketing, partnerships, and donor engagement to help churches, networks, denominations, and individuals start thriving, growing, multiplying churches for the next generation. His passion for church planting began in the 1990s when he served on a church planting team for the first time and experienced the challenges and opportunities of starting something new. In 2012, he was part of the leadership team that helped his church launch its first multisite campus. Alex lives with his wife and four kids in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and enjoys hiking, good food, nerd culture, and a great story.

Jon Ferguson

Jon Ferguson is the City Movements Catalyst at Exponential and serves as the Chicago Network Pastor and Teaching Pastor at Community Christian Church in Chicagoland. A co-founder of Community Christian Church and NewThing, Jon has spent decades helping leaders start, sustain, and scale collaborative church multiplication networks. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Wheaton College Graduate School and is the co-author of several influential books, including Exponential, The Big Idea, B.L.E.S.S., and Discover Your Mission Now!. Jon is passionate about equipping leaders to multiply disciples, churches, and movements that transform cities.

Bobby Harrington

Dr. Bobby Harrington is founding and Lead Pastor of Harpeth Christian Church (by the Harpeth River, in Franklin, just south of Nashville). He is the founder and point leader of Discipleship.org (Jesus' method of disciple making) and RENEW.org (Jesus' teachings to fuel disciple making). He completed studies at Princeton Theological Seminary, the University of Calgary, Asbury Seminary, with a Master of Theology Degree from Harding University and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has written or co-written over 20 books, and he has published over 300 blogs. He champions the teachings of Jesus and disciple making. 

Greg Curtis

Greg has helped plant 2 churches, served as a Senior Pastor for 17 years, and has served as Director of Assimilation & Guest Services and now Director of Content Development at Eastside Christian Church in Orange County California since 2012.  He developed Eastside's assimilation strategy as it grew into the 2nd fastest growing church in the U.S. in 2017. He is also founder and Head Coach of  Climbing the Assimilayas which helps churches across the US and around the world to connect and grow new people in their congregations.

Jason Smith

Jason Smith is the Next Gen Pastor at Eastview Christian Church and has served in children’s, youth, and family ministry for more than 32 years. He has spent the last 23 years helping lead and develop next generation ministry at Eastview. Jason and his wife, Kim, have three grown children. He enjoys the outdoors, reading, and watching the Chicago Bears.

Executive Assistants of Southeast Christian Church

The Executive Assistant team at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky serves at the senior leadership level of the church. Together, this team of five supports the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastors, and Staff Elders managing complex calendars, coordinating communications, overseeing travel and logistics, and serving as trusted partners to the leaders who set the vision and direction of the church. With a combined depth of experience in high-capacity church administration, this team understands the unique demands of supporting executive-level pastoral leadership and the sacred role an assistant plays in keeping ministry moving forward. They believe that what they do is more than administrative, it's an act of service to the local church and the leaders God has called to lead it. They are passionate about equipping and encouraging fellow church administrators and are honored to host this pre-conference at SPIRE.

Melissa Sandel

Melissa Sandel serves as Executive Director of Ministries at West Side Christian Church in Springfield, IL. With a passion for strategic planning, building healthy teams, and navigating crucial conversations, Melissa is deeply committed to building the local church.

She also facilitates Executive Leader Training Cohorts and development opportunities for executive church leaders through Intentional Churches. Above all, she and her husband, Chris, love parenting their teenagers, Jack and Aly... and cheering on the Fighting Illini.

Mary Tatum

With more than 25 years in ministry, Mary Tatum is passionate about helping churches welcome people of all abilities. A former special education teacher and ASL Interpreter, she leads the Disabilities Ministry at Southeast Christian Church, supporting families, leading teams, and creating inclusive opportunities for kids, teens, and adults. Mary believes every person deserves to be fully seen, valued, and included in the life of the church. Mary lives in LaGrange, KY with her family.

Shane Philip

Shane is the founding Senior Pastor of The Crossing Church in Las Vegas, NV. The Crossing launched in 2000 and has grown to 3 locations in Las Vegas and a global reach with partners in 14 countries. Shane has performed weddings in helicopters with Elvis and in a Castle outside of Paris. He has been briefly detained in Mexico and was given a different last name in Cuba. Shane married his high school sweetheart, Darla, 37 years ago, and they have three children and three grandchildren.

Mark Kitts

Mark Kitts was a founding pastor at a NC church that grew from 0 to 2500 while he was on the lead team.  He was the founder and CEO of a church management software company for 13 years that served over 2,000 churches.  He is now leading at Intulse, a technology partner for churches and businesses.

Taylor Barton

Taylor Barton is the Worship Director at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky, where he leads worship teams, develops leaders, and fosters a culture of Christ-centered worship. He is passionate about equipping both leaders and congregations to pursue God’s presence above all else, emphasizing that true influence is formed in private devotion, prayer, and obedience rather than public performance. Taylor focuses on spiritual formation and character before strategy, production, or excellence, while still valuing intentionality and high-quality leadership. He believes impactful worship ministries hold both spiritual depth and practical excellence in tension. Taylor lives in Louisville with his wife, Tara, and their two sons, serving the local church together.

Bart Rendel

Bart has dedicated his life to helping churches reach more people for Christ. His passion for serving churches comes from his upbringing as a pastor’s kid and learning from his parents about the intentionality of reaching and growing people in Christ. His conviction runs deep. Bart served as an executive leader for over eighteen years at Crossroads Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky, and Central Christian Church in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he and his family remain deeply connected. He and his wife, Catherine, have two children. Bart occasionally plays a round of golf, but he always takes in Kentucky Wildcats games.

John Hampton

For over 42 years, John served as the solo, senior, or lead pastor at churches in Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, and Florida.

John now serves as Pastor Emeritus of Journey Christian Church and as the Director of the Compelling Preaching Initiative at the Christian Church Leadership Network.

John is married to Melinda (Skaggs). They are parents of two daughters, and the “Pappy and Mimi” to three grandsons.

Chris Goulard

Chris Goulard, CFP®, MML, serves as Vice President of Stewardship Initiatives at Financial Planning Ministry (FPM), where he helps churches develop estate planning ministries as a cornerstone of their stewardship initiatives. With over 25 years dedicated to promoting biblical financial stewardship, Chris also chairs the Christian Stewardship Network and frequently teaches on stewardship and generosity. After a successful financial services career as a Vice President at Fidelity Investments, MFS, and Prudential Financial, he joined Saddleback Church in 2004 as Pastor of Stewardship. Over 20 years on staff, he led initiatives such as Financial Freedom Workshops, Estate Planning, and a $50 million giving campaign, fostering a culture of generosity. Chris holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth, a CFP® designation, and a seminary master’s degree. He and his wife, Jenifer, have been married for 35 years and have two adult sons and two amazing daughters-in-law.

Patrick O'Connell

Patrick O'Connell serves as Executive Director of Practice at Exponential, where he leads the development of practical tools, resources, and collaborative environments that equip church leaders to multiply. He also serves as the Global Director of NewThing and Director of Networks NEXT, helping leaders build healthy, reproducing church planting networks around the world. Patrick is passionate about fostering collaboration, cultivating movement-minded leaders, and empowering churches to start new expressions of the Kingdom through multiplication

Will Blanchard

Will Blanchard serves as the Church Planting & Multiplication Leader at Fellowship Bible Church in Northwest Arkansas, where he leads efforts to develop leaders, equip church planting teams, and launch new churches through Fellowship's Training Center. Passionate about raising up the next generation of church planters, Will helps guide residency programs and multiplication pathways that prepare leaders to make disciples and plant healthy, reproducing churches. He has extensive experience in church planting and is committed to seeing local churches embrace multiplication as a core part of their mission.

Christy Weaver

Women's Ministry Leader at Southeast Christian Church, Blankenbaker Campus.  Passionate about women's ministry and the care of women in the church and the community.  Loves God's word and His truth and wisdom that is revealed through it. Desires for women to know their freedom in Christ and their purpose in the Kingdom.

Dustin Tappan

Dustin has been married to his wife, Megan, for 23 years and is the proud dad of two young adults—Kyla and Strius . Dustin has served at Christ’s Church of the Valley since 2001, where he currently oversees Next Gen and Adult Ministries across 18 campuses. Outside of ministry, Dustin loves sports, exercise, and just about any kind of adventure.

Wes Dillon

Wes Dillon is an entrepreneur and Church planter in Seacoast New Hampshire. After formal training at Lincoln Christian University and Emmanuel Christian Seminary, he spent 15 years leading sales teams for early-stage tech companies. In 2019, Wes left the tech world for he and his wife, Kasey, to launch 4 Rivers Christian Church. 

Known locally as “the church that leaves the building,” 4 Rivers lives out its mission by mobilizing the community to care for the vulnerable—with a focus on refugee resettlement. In a region where less than 2% of residents and less than 1% of university students are actively engaged in church, 4 Rivers is helping lead a movement of people who are rediscovering Jesus through acts of love and justice.

Jim Putman

Jim Putman is the co-founder and Senior Pastor of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho. Before becoming senior pastor, he served as a youth minister in two small churches. In college, Jim won three All-American titles in wrestling and later became a successful wrestling coach.
Real Life launched in 1998 with a commitment to discipleship and the model of discipleship Jesus practiced, called "Relational Discipleship."

Outreach Magazine consistently lists Real Life Ministries among the top 100 most influential churches in America. Jim is also a co-founder and leader with the Relational Discipleship Network.

Jim holds degrees from Boise State University and Boise Bible College. His voice reaches hundreds of thousands across the world through speaking conferences, the web, radio, and
weekend services. He is the author of several books including: Church is a Team Sport (2008), Real-Life Discipleship (2010), and The Power of Together (2016). He also co-authored four books with others: Real-Life Discipleship Training Manual (2010) (with Avery Willis, Brandon Guindon, and Bill Krause), DiscipleShift (2013) (with Bobby Harrington and Robert Coleman), Hope For The Prodigal (2017) (with Bill Putman), and The Revolutionary

With his background in sports and coaching, he believes in the value of strong coaching as a means to disciple others. He and his wife, along with their 3 sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren, live in scenic North Idaho.

Tony Schwartz

Tony serves on the Senior Leadership Team at Eastside Christian Church. He leads the Eastside Las Vegas Campus. Tony and his family love Las Vegas. They love the energy, love the people, and even love the heat. Tony has a big heart for those  far from God and he loves building teams.
Tony’s been married to Lisa for 36 years. They have three great kids and a boxer pup named Jojo. Tony has served in ministry for many years. He has been on the staff of Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago and Central Christian Church in Las Vegas. He’s a grad of Wheaton College and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
